Title and Risk of Loss: The title and risk of loss for all products ordered pass to you upon poli-flowers's shipment. Subsequently, poli-flowers will not be liable for any loss or damage to the product. Recipient's Responsibility for Damaged Products: Recipients should inspect delivered products (cakes, flowers, etc.) before signing the receipt. If a delivered product is found to be damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and immediately inform Customer Care. Any issues with delivered products must be reported within 4 hours of receipt; otherwise, requests for replacement or refund will not be entertained. In the case of significantly damaged products, replacements will be provided within a minimum of 6 hours. Complaints about courier products must be made within 6-8 hours after delivery; those made after this timeframe will not be addressed. Minimalistic and cosmetic damages like incomplete cake decorations or missing messages on cakes or flowers will not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are severely damaged. Keep as Surprise: Orders marked for "Keep as Surprise" will be delivered without disclosing the sender's details to the recipient. If the recipient refuses the order, the sender's details will be disclosed for acknowledgment. If the recipient still refuses, the order will be considered complete from poli-flowers's end. Non-delivery of Products: poli-flowers will attempt delivery only once. Additional attempts for perishable products may be made at poli-flowers's discretion, with possible additional delivery charges. If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as wrong address, premises locked, or recipient unavailability, the order will still be charged, and no redelivery will be attempted. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must align with the time slots selected during checkout on the poli-flowers website. Cancellation charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation request relative to the start of the selected time slot. No cancellation requests are accepted for same-day delivery or same-day midnight delivery orders. Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policy. Orders are considered executed even if delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons like wrong address or recipient refusal. Address Change Requests: Address changes are permitted free of cost up to 24 hours before delivery. Within 24 hours, a charge of Rs 200 applies. Some address change requests may not be accepted, and orders cannot be refunded or canceled in such cases. Pincode Requirements: Users are responsible for providing correct pincodes for delivery addresses. Incorrect pincodes may result in non-serviceability or additional charges for delivery to the correct address. Midnight delivery timings vary based on location and are not guaranteed during special occasions. Users must inspect orders before signing the receipt; damaged products should be reported within 4 hours. The execution of an order is considered complete in various scenarios, including wrong addresses or recipient unavailability. Delivery timings may not be guaranteed during special circumstances, and orders will be executed within 52 hours. Shipping and Liability

Transfer of Title and Risk: Upon shipment by Poli-Flowers, the title and risk of loss for all products ordered shall pass to the customer. Poli-Flowers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product thereafter.

Handling Damaged Deliveries

If the recipient receives damaged products:

  • The recipient should thoroughly inspect the delivered items (cakes, flowers, or any other) before signing the receipt.
  • If any product is found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and promptly inform our Customer Care team.
  • Any issues with the delivered products must be reported within 4 hours of receipt; after this period, requests for replacement or refund will not be entertained.
  • In cases of significant damage to products, a replacement will be provided. Please allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement process.
  • Complaints regarding courier products should be communicated within 6-8 hours after delivery. Complaints received after this timeframe will not be addressed.

Handling Minimalistic and Cosmetic Damages: Minimalistic and cosmetic damages, such as unwritten names/messages on cakes, missing names and messages with flowers, or issues with cream/decoration on cakes/flower packaging, will not be eligible for refunds or replacements unless they are severely damaged.

Keeping Orders as Surprises

For orders marked as "Keep as Surprise," we will fulfill the request by delivering the order without disclosing the sender's details to the recipient. If the recipient refuses the order, we will disclose the sender’s details for acknowledgment. If the recipient still refuses, the order will be returned, and it will be considered complete from Poli-Flowers’ end. We understand the time constraints and the perishable nature of gift items, and we strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe.

Non-Delivery of Products

In case of non-delivery, please note the following:

  • We attempt delivery only once. For perishable products, we may consider a second delivery attempt, subject to our decision, and additional charges may apply.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to reasons such as wrong address, locked premises, incorrect contact information, or recipient refusal, the order will be considered executed, and no redelivery will be possible.
  • In some cases, products may be delivered at the gate or to a neighbor as per recipient instructions.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly review our cancellation policy before making any cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests made before 24 hours to the start of the selected time slot will incur a 10% cancellation charge, with a 90% refund to the bank account. 100% refund is available in poli-flowers wallet.
  • If cancellation is requested between 12 - 24 hours before the start of the time slot, a 20% cancellation charge will be deducted, with an 80% refund to the bank account. 100% refund is available in poli-flowers wallet.
  • Cancellation requests made within 12 hours to the start of the time slot will result in a 100% deduction of the order value, with no refund applicable.
  • Refunds, whether to the bank account or poli-flowers wallet, are at the discretion of the company and may be initiated for certain circumstances like unfortunate events or calamities.

Refund Policy

Refunds in cases of cancellations are outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy section for details.

The acceptance of an order is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas, and time. Orders may be cancelled after assessment of circumstances, and if cancelled, the amount paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the poli-flowers wallet or bank account.

Only one delivery attempt will be made. Please ensure the recipient's availability before selecting the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made, and no refund will be issued.

Refunds are initiated only after the customer confirms via email the preferred refund method - poli-flowers wallet or bank account.

Refunds for orders processed within 48 hours of the delivery date will be credited to the poli-flowers Wallet. Refunds to the payment method will be processed within 15 working days.

Address Change Requests

Address changes are permitted free of cost only before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

If an address change is requested within 24 hours of delivery, a charge of Rs 200/- will apply.

In some cases, address change requests may not be accepted, and no refund or cancellation will be possible.

Pincode Requirements

It is the user's responsibility to provide the correct pincode for delivery. The pin code should correspond to the correct delivery address. If the entered pin code is incorrect:

  • If the address is in a non-serviceable area, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be initiated.
  • If our team contacts you regarding the wrong pin in the address, and you opt for delivery to a new pin code, charges for the new pin code will apply. No cancellation or refund will be allowed in such cases.

  • The products and services displayed on poli-flowers are our best offerings, and we put in our 100% effort to deliver high-quality similar products and services. These terms and conditions are put across to avoid any possible conflict.
  • All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time according to various conditions prevailing in the market.
  • Orders are accepted and delivered in TIME SLOTS available in your selected city. All requests are processed with reference to the time slot of your order.
  • For midnight orders, delivery could be made anytime between 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM. In the case of remote locations or small towns, it can be made from 10 PM to 12:30 AM.
  • poli-flowers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without prior notice at any time.
  • The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are only approximate and indicative. There may be a slight variation in the pictures and the products delivered.
  • The acceptance of an order is subject to the availability of products, delivery areas, and time. The order may or may not be accepted, and it might be cancelled after assessing the circumstances and communicated to the customer. In such cases, the amount paid is fully refunded.
  • In case fraudulent behavior is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion, and no refund will be issued.
  • If duplicate orders with similar details are placed, we will attempt to contact the customer. If there is no response, we will process both orders. Any argument arising after that will not be entertained.
  • There is no guarantee of delivery of the products in the time slots mentioned on the website, especially during midnight delivery on special occasions like New Year, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, etc. Orders will be processed and delivered within 52 hours of the requested date and time slot of the order.
  • There is no cancellation for orders placed under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category.
  • Only one attempt for delivery will be made. Please confirm the availability of the recipient before choosing the delivery time. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a second attempt will not be made, and no refund will be issued.
  • To reschedule an order, you need to inform us at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • Recipients should check the order before signing the receipt. If found damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept the order, and the delivery person will return with a replacement. Kindly allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement.
  • Execution of the order will be considered successful and complete in cases like wrong address mentioned by the sender, premises where delivery has to be made are locked, recipient of the order is not available, and the recipient has refused to receive the order due to personal reasons (NOT due to products or services of poli-flowers).
  • Execution of the order will be considered successful and complete in case permission is not granted to our delivery executive to enter the delivery location, for example, in premises like hospitals, government agencies, societies, resorts, hotels, etc., where the recipient's number is not reachable.
  • Delivery timings, if promised, cannot be guaranteed in case of special circumstances like extreme weather conditions, riots, strikes, elections, bandhs, and during rush days like Valentine's Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, New Year's Eve, etc. Order cancellation would not be possible in such circumstances, and orders will be executed on consecutive days.
  • If you feel that the product received does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 4 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will then take an appropriate decision.

Terms and Conditions - For International Orders

  • The actual product may vary in shape, size, brand, and color as per local availability.
  • As the "Message on card" service is complementary, we might not be able to provide it across all delivery areas. In such cases, we will send a digital gift message.
  • If the ordered product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery will be an estimate. The delivery date might change by -2 days or +2 days.
  • Our courier partners do not call before delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified nor redirected to another address. Redelivery is not possible. If the customer wants the order to be redelivered to the same/new address, a new order needs to be placed.
  • In the case of a damaged/different/low-quality product, the sender should contact our customer care within 1 working day (between 9 AM TO 6 PM IST) from the date of delivery so that we can take the required action.
  • We will deduct 10% as cancellation charges if the customer cancels the order 48 hours prior to the delivery, and 20% if the order is canceled between 24 to 36 hours prior to the delivery. If the order is canceled within 24 hours, then no refund is allowed.
  • If a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give you an option of an alternate product. If we do not get a response from you within 1 hour (For same day delivery) and 4 hours (For any other type of delivery), then we will proceed with dispatching the alternate product since we know that you are sending it to your loved one(s) on a special occasion and we would not want anything to dampen the spirit of the occasion.
  • Although we mention all the ingredients in the product description, we recommend that you contact us before you place an order to inform us of any preferences (recipient not eating any type of meat or having any food allergy) so that we can offer you an alternate product. Please note that we will not assume any liability for these types of orders.
  • Returned packages due to "House Locked", "Receiver Not Available", "Address Incorrect", "Incomplete Address", or "Receiver Not Available / Shifted”, etc will NOT be resent. Anything that comes back within 2-7 days of transit time, is not in a condition to be resent. A new package will be sent out for re-shipment for which a new order needs to be placed. In special cases, if a refund is issued, we will deduct 10% Charges.
  • For timely delivery, we may need to contact the recipient even if the gift is marked for "surprise delivery".
